I’ve been working with Katie Anne for just shy of a year and I couldn’t be happier! As I’m approaching my 55th birthday, I wanted to embrace middle age with grace, strength and the best version of myself. Katie Anne has helped me accomplish that and so much more. Her approach to training and nutrition is based on solid science, while also customizing my plans to help me meet my goals, interests and needs. I’m lifting heavier weights and fueling my body with more nourishing food than I have in years. She finds a beautiful balance between giving tailored, practical feedback while also supporting me to push myself to achieve things I didn’t think were possible (um, I’m squatting more than I did 20 years ago and feeling terrific!). I don’t have enough good things to say about Katie Anne except take the plunge and invest in yourself - you’re worth it and, I promise, you won’t be disappointed :) !!
